Thanks, I would like to know more about SG. Does it work like Linkedin, how to find prospective candidates through SG.
Please suggest.

Thanks, I always enjoy your comments and observations about sourcing.
Thank you! I have heard some great things from a couple of my peers about you and I have to applaud your efforts for all the fantastic information you so freely share. It has been emmensely helpful.
Yes you can, any way I can contribute...
I have just heard from so many recruiters that once they have tapped out all the job boards and linkedin and every other board that they can not find contacts. Most people don't realize that only 10 to 15% of employees are on these boards. An engineer for example, there are many scattered among these boards but most don't think about adding there name to linkedin. They go to work and put there head down and and start there day. So being good at research is a must. Anyway as I ramble on....
Thankyou for the note, well about 12 yrs ago a friend of mine was doing pretty well at research and started to train me and after about a month he had to move so I was on my own. No computer, only a pen, phone and notebook. So I became very good at sneaking into company's and not using technology to find people who have not been found by anyone else.
